ABOUT ROYAL FAMILY KIDS

We aim to transform lives and communities by interrupting cycles of neglect, abuse and abandonment of children in the foster care system. We fulfill our mission by providing an array of programs, all directed toward changing the trajectory of young lives which usually include a combination of academic failure, drug abuse, teen pregnancy, sex trafficking, homelessness, and incarceration.

MISSION

Creating positive, life-changing moments for innocent children who have been victims of neglect, abuse, and abandonment.

VALUES

Treat People Royally, Keep Moving Forward and Make Moments Matter

VISION

Every foster child ages 6-12, experiences a life-changing camp and mentoring club.

Camping Network for Kiddos, Inc  came about in 2000 to support the efforts of a local church to sponsor a one week residential summer camp for children in the foster care system that are ages 7 to 11. The initial Idaho Royal Family Kids Camp was in 1993 for the treasure valley and has been ongoing since that time.  The local camp is one of over 230 Royal Family Kids camps nationwide.

The camp is financially supported by individual citizens and local companies that wish to make a difference in the life of a child that has been abandoned, neglected or abused.

Camping Network for Kiddos , Inc is a federally recognized 501 (c) 3 organization.  All donations are tax deductible.
